On the afternoon of June 20th, COAMC and China Taiping Insurance Group signed the Agreement of Strategic Cooperation which stated that both sides would intensify their collaboration on businesses including asset management, comprehensive investment service and investment in the capital market to share resources, draw on each other’s strength, and achieve mutual benefit and common development.
President Zhang Zi’ai and the board director of China Taiping Insurance Wang Bin were the two senior managers who made remarks. Vice President Chen Jingyao and Vice General Manager of China Taiping Insurance Ding Xiangqun, signed the agreement. Yang Dong, the general manager of the Treasury and Financial Market Department, was the moderator of the signing ceremony.
