China Orient International Capital Limited, a subsidiary of COAMC International(COAMCI), was granted the No.1 license for regulated activities in the securities market by SFC on October 7th, 2014. It made it possible for COAMCI’s business to include the sale, distribution, book keeping and underwriting for all kinds of securities. It can now settle securities deals related to corporate financing (including the offer to acquire or sell, or to facilitate the execution of deals).
COAMCI, as an investment bank based in Hong Kong, has been working hard to get all the licenses. Now the licenses it has acquired from SFC include No.1 license (securities trading), No.4(consulting service for securities investment), No.6(consulting service for institutional financing), and No.9(asset management). COAMCI will keep up its good work in the domestic and overseas investment and made itself a professional, standardized and market-oriented investment platform for COAMC in the overseas market.
