On January 30, China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) approved Dongxing Securities’ request of initial public offering in the Written Reply Concerning the Approval of the Initial Public Offering by Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd.. This shows that Dongxing has obtained the official approval for its IPO.
