On May 17th, right before the 25th National Day for Helping the Disabled, COAMC Youth Volunteer Association sent volunteers to Yuhua Health Center for the Disabled for the 4th Special Games. The theme of this sports event was “Holding Each Other’s Hands and Standing Shoulder to Shoulder with the Disabled, Connecting with Each Other through Our Hearts to Share the Sunshine”. Volunteers were from the headquarters as well as its subsidiaries such as Bangxing Asset, China Orient International, Orient Financial Tech and Orient Capital.

During this event, COAMC volunteers danced for the disabled children and played referees in different sports games and offered assistance to the disabled athletes. The volunteers stayed through the whole event and participated in both the opening and closing ceremonies. They interacted with the kids to let them know that we were all the same in a world of love and a disabled body would not separate them apart. The volunteers themselves also felt the warmth and sincerity of the kids. They took great pleasure from seeing the smile on the children’s faces. The activity fully embodied the spirit of the Youth Volunteer Association, which is “Dedication, Friendship, Mutual Help and Progress”, urging the employees to integrate this spirit with their daily work and personal life.
