On 23 December 2015, Shenzhen Silver Basis Technology Co., Ltd. (“Silver Basis”, 002786) publicly issued 317.8 million shares and got listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. COAMC’s Vice-president Chen Jianxiong, Bangxin Asset’s President Li Yingmei and General Manager Zhang Chunping, BOC Tianjin’s President Liu Jinzhu attended the ceremony.
