Recently, the first domestic exclusive corporate bonds the “2015 Luzhou City Parking Lots Construction Proceeds Exclusive Bonds (Phase 1)” were issued after the approval of NDRC. The bonds were rated by Golden Credit. Base rating was Grade AA and facility rating was AA. This is the first domestic exclusive corporate bonds approved by NDRC, also the first project proceeds bonds approved by NDRC after the Interim Measures for the Administration of Project Proceeds Bonds was published.
