On 24 July 2015, with the witness of Beijing Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission and Administration of Hospitals, COAMC’s President Zhang Zi’ai signed a franchise agreement with Director Wei Yongxiang of Beijing Anzhen Hospital. According to this agreement, the two parties plan to jointly build and operate Anzhen International Hospital in Dongba region, Chaoyang district of Beijing.
