According to the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council for targeted poverty alleviation, this year, COAMC uniformly organized the Party branches of the headquarters, branches and controlled companies, 44 Party branches in total, to carry out paired helping activity at the Company's fixed-point help-accepting village - Shuangxing Village, Shaoyang County, Hunan Province. In this activity, help was provided to 215 registered poverty-stricken families in Shuangxing Village, and every Party branch was required to help 5 families in pairs. By offering means of production, providing technical guidance, inspiring the poor to think of ideas to get rid of poverty, purchasing farm produce, financially assisting students and providing jobs, they helped the poverty-stricken families to get rid of poverty as soon as possible.

This June and July, 11 Party branches, including the Party branches of COAMC's Human Resources Department, Finance and Accounting Department and Audit Department, and the Party branches of COAMC Hunan Branch, COAMC Guangdong Branch, Bangxin Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Orient Bangxin Finance Holding Co., Ltd., went to Shuangxing Village in two groups with 20 person-times in total. They entered the houses of poverty-stricken families to learn their family members, living conditions, housing safety, reason for poverty, industrial development and children's education, collected the thoughts and ideas about how the poverty-stricken families could get rid of poverty, and encouraged the poverty-stricken families to get rid of poverty through production with the help of COAMC, but not just waited, relied and asked. When the second group came to the village for a survey, a devastating flood happened to Hunan Province. So, entrusted by COAMC's Party committee, all the Party branches conveyed the care of COAMC's Party Committee about the flood to the flood-stricken people in Shuangxing Village, and said COAMC would overcome disaster together with all the cadres and people of the village, and help them restore production as soon as possible.

COAMC considers paired helping as an important means of targeted poverty alleviation, strengthens the responsibility for helping the poor, makes helping measures family by family, really achieve "specific analysis on specific issues", well implemented the helping measures and try not have one family fall behind.
