On October 31, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“COAMC”) held customer exchange meeting themed on “Achieve Success Together with COAMC - For Every Growth to Success” at the hall of the Headquarters. Wu Yue - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of COAMC attended the meeting and gave a speech. He expressed sincere thanks to the customers for their long-term support and help for COAMC and also expressed his expectations to go forward and make progress together with the customers in the aspects of focusing on main businesses and serving the real economy. The atmosphere was warm at the meeting site which was filled with distinguished guests. Over 200 people, including representatives of more than central enterprises, State-owned enterprises, China top 500 enterprises and public companies recommended by the units under the Group, as well as those accompanying them, participated in the customer exchange meeting.

In his speech, Chairman Wu Yue first reviewed the development history of COAMC, and said that COAMC remain true to its original aspiration and keep its mission firmly in mind, successfully completed the policy disposal tasks and explored a sustainable development with COAMC’s characteristics driven by "asset management +bank insurance". Chairman Wu Yue stressed that COAMC’s growth cannot be separated from the customers’ care and support. So far, COAMC has developed a full-licensed comprehensive financial service group. COAMC will continue to go forward together with the customers on the road of focusing on main businesses and serving the real economy, guided by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, give full play to the management advantage in non-performing asset business and advantage in full-licensed comprehensive financial service and make greater contributions to preventing and resolving financial risks and serving the real economy.

Vice President Chen Jianxiong presided over this customer exchange meeting, and said that COAMC’s development in the past 18 years was not only a glorious history and eternal memory, but also a new starting point to create a better future, and that COAMC looked forward to going forward together with the customers on every growth to success.

Vice President Yin Guohong of Dongxing Securities, members of Executive Offices of COAMC’s related business units and the specially-invited customers participated in the Enterprise Life Cycle Forum” together. At the forum, American management master Ichak Adizes’ life cycle theory was adopted. In the form of sharing cases of enterprise growth at different stages, the business units, including Orient Bangxin Finance Holding Co., Ltd., Orient Bangxin Capital Co., Ltd., Dongxing Securities, Jiangsu Branch, COAMCI ,Dong Yin Development, China Insurance, Bank of Dalian and Zhejiang Rongda Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. shared the cases where COAMC grew together with the enterprises at the stages of go-go, adolescence, prime, stability, aristocracy and recrimination, and clearly showed that COAMC, as a full-licensed financial service group, can vertically provide targeted services for the enterprises at each growth stage, and also can horizontally put forward suggestions on the enterprise development from all perspectives of finance, deeply excavate the enterprise development demand and help the enterprises grow steadily.

On the occasion of successful conclusion of the 19th National Congress, Zhang Anyuan – Chief Economist of Dongxing Securities gave a keynote speech titled “High-quality Development Outlook in a New Era” to the customers present. In his speech, Mr. Zhang Anyuan interpreted the meaning of economy part in the report of the 19th National Congress and shared his judgment about the policy trend and prediction of future investment direction with the customers present.

Relevant leaders of National Development and Reform Commission (“NDRC”), Mu Shengming – Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Chief Inspector Zeng Yang and Chief Inspector Li Zhen, and main responsible people of various departments of the Headquarters and offices in Beijing were present at the meeting.
