On March 1, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“COAMC”) and Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. (“ABC”) signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Beijing. COAMC’s Chairman Wu Yue and ABC’s Chairman Zhou Mubing attended the signing ceremony; COAMC’s Vice President Xu Yongli and ABC’s Vice President Zhang Keqiu signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on behalf of each party respectively.

Both parties will take the signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreement as an opportunity to, centering on the transaction and disposal of non-performing assets, give play to the advantages of multiple channels and develop multi-field diversified business cooperation, such as bond issuance and payment and settlement, so as to realize resource sharing and complement each other's advantages and push the good cooperation between both parties to a new height.

Relevant responsible people of COAMC’s Comprehensive Planning and Strategic Synergy Department, Business Management Department No. 1, Business Management Department No. 2 and Treasury and Financial Market Department (Wealth Management Center), and China Insurance, Bank of Dalian, Dongxing Securities and COAMCI were present at the ceremony.
