In order to enhance the level of expertise of the new employees, help them familiarize with the overall standards and requirements of the company, Beijing branch office organized a two-day orientation for its new employees. During the event, General Manager Li Juan led all the new employees to study President Zhang’s speech in COAMC’s annual meeting in 2013, and she made a detailed introduction about the company, requirements after joining the company, financial management regulations, risk management regulations and commercial business cases.
