On April 17, 2013, Harbin branch office organized retraining for CRM system. Leadership from the branch office raised the requirements for system application. The trainers did some demonstrations based on system modules, answered some common questions regarding system application. They emphasized several modules such as clients, business opportunities, project approval, implementation, follow-up management etc., and warned the trainees about common mistakes in system application. This event deepened the employees’ understanding of CRM system, helped them master the basic procedure, and laid the foundation for a systematic database that is real, accurate, and complete.
