On the evening of November 28, 2013, COAMC held the 2014 Promotional Event on Fudan University Campus. Representatives from human resources, equity investment, and risk management departments, from Shanghai, Nanjing and Guangzhou branches, and from subsidiaries such as Shanghai Dongxing Investment came together and formed the promotional team.
Members of the promotional team introduced to the students of Fudan the general development, line of business, corporate culture, and campus recruitment process of COAMC; alumni of Fudan University shared with the students experiences of working in COAMC; and during the Q&A session, the promotional team had in-depth communication with the students. The event was lively and interesting. The HR department received approximately a hundred résumés on site, exceeding the company’s expectation and drawing an end to a successful event.
