Ahead of the 93rd anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC), on the morning of June 30th, COAMC Party Committee organized a seminar to have Party Secretary Wu Yue give a lecture titled “Creating a bright future for COAMC with a strong faith and coordinated development” to the Party members at senior management positions.
Under the theme of “Chinese Dream & the Dream of COAMC”, Wu Yue reviewed the glorious history of the Communist party from three dimensions including “the Chinese dream held by the past revolutionary forerunners”, “the Chinese dream introduced by President Xi Jingping” and “the Dream of COAMC”. He also expressed his view of China’s future, appealing for all the employees to add radiance to the CPC flag with concrete actions and contribute to the shareholding transformation of COAMC.
Wu Yue talked about his COAMC dream ----- a corporation with sustainable growth, harmony and shared development among employees, employers and society, and all employees fully displaying their talents. Then how can we make this dream come true? Wu Yue highlighted five strengths that COAMC had, namely the clear development path, creditworthiness guaranteed by the government, comprehensive financial services, professional employees, the ability to response and tackle crisis and problematic companies. Wu Yue said that these were our competitive edge which will enhance COAMC’s corporate value and social value when the market-oriented reform is completed.
In the second part of the speech, Wu Yue said that the future of COAMC depends on the effective implementation of the development strategies, which needs to be focused on the institutional building and the development of corporate culture, guided by the market-oriented incentive and restraint mechanism, guaranteed by sound risk management, and supported by human resource development and Information technology. Eight measures will be carried out in order to implement our strategies, including shareholding reform and IPO, institutional adjustment and coordinated management, improvement of the market-oriented incentive and restraint mechanism, improvement of the risk management system, the recruitment of talented professionals, enhancement of the information technology support, brand building and the development of corporate culture. Wu Yue called on all the Party members to work hard with prudence to make the COAMC dream and the Chinese Dream come true with firm confidence and coordinated development.
