On the afternoon of September 16th, Vice-chairman Wang Zhaoxing of CBRC visited COAMC for research and inspection. Secretary of COAMC’s Party Committee Wu Yue delivered welcoming remarks. President Zhang Zi’ai gave a report of the company’s work progress. COAMC’s senior management, and representatives from headquarters departments attended the seminar.
After listening to the work report, Vice-chairman Wang Zhaoxing gave important instructions. He showed support for AMCs to keep exploring for a sustainable development path during reforms and transformations, and believed AMCs should be given a supportive environment and more space for exploration. Regulatory departments should set up a proper framework for rule of law, and improve related laws and regulations as soon as possible. AMCs should operate in compliance with laws and relevant regulations, and focus on building an effective risk management control system.
