On the morning of October 31st, the central group of COAMC Party Committee had an enlarged meeting presided by the Party Secretary Mr.Wu Yue. General Xiao Tianliang, the director of the strategic research department of the National Defense University, was invited to give a presentation titled “the important ideas for a stronger army proposed by Xi Jingping”.
He talked about the significance of understanding these important ideas and what are required to be put into practice. His presentation helped us to have a better understanding of how to build a stronger army under the new circumstances. It was a focused presentation with sophisticated ideas, and rich content. By using practical examples to illustrate the abstract theories, he made his speech much easier to understand and very inspirational. He taught us a lot about strategic thinking and decision-making, which could be applied in the decision-making and decision-executing of COAMC to facilitate its transformation and sustainable development.
