In March 2010, Youth League Committee of Dalian Branch organized a volunteer program for its young employees to use their spare time to make document boxes and binders for the archives office. All the volunteers worked in groups responsible for different steps of the process. They made six hundred and fifty document boxes and bound three hundred and thirty boxes of documents, exceeding the expected result.
